Policy on Revisions
Based on the package you picked, we provide you with revisions on your project as well. Customers can request an infinite number of modifications, and we will revise their design at no extra cost as long as the design and philosophy remain the same.
Please note that we will not cater to any revision or modification requests after the completion of the project.
The Turnaround Time for revisions is 48 hours.
Project Completion
The E-Commerce will formally send the customer a project completion email once the website goes live. Once the project completion email is sent out, the customer will have 48 hours to review the website and notify us of any required changes or issues. After 48 hours, our system automatically takes everything from our developers and discards any usable files to ensure that you remain the sole owner of the site.
Money-Back Guarantee / Refund Policy
In any case, any funds deposited for a project are not refundable after the original design proposals are approved or a modification is demanded unless The E-Commerce cancels or terminates the Contract for a reason other than your violation or non-performance. No refund will be applicable after the project is completed.
Refund Requests Must Be Fulfilled As Follows:
- Refund requests must be made when the initial design concepts are offered.
- If refund is requested before delivery of initial design concepts, you are eligible for a refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
- Within 48 hours of signup: 66% refund (less 10% fee).
- Between 48–120 hours after initial design delivery: 33% refund (less 10% fee).
- No refund after 120 hours of initial design delivery.
- No refund if no action is taken for 30 days after order placement.
- No refund after final files delivery.
- No refunds for completed website development, deployed websites, storyboard completion, SEO, social media, hosting, SSL, content writing, legal paperwork, maintenance packages, or trademark/patent fees.
All refund requests must be communicated to the support department. The E-Commerce reserves the right to approve or disapprove refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Upon refund approval, all design rights revert to The E-Commerce, and the client forfeits all rights to use the design or related materials.

Access to Information
To access The E-Commerce services, accurate and complete registration information is required. We operate under PCI DSS compliance and may retain card details for recurring services or additional work with prior notice.
